Have you tried logging out and closing browser and clearing all cookies and cache or simply trying another internet browser?
How good is your internet connection?
If you are still having issues, then as this is not code related, you are better suited going through Wix Support themselves, either by contacting them through a support ticket or by giving them a ring in person.

its much appreciated. I was trying to import a .csv file from within a collection. I ve cleared my cookies and cache as well as logged in and out. Ive my upload speed is 15-20mps. But thanks ill give support a call
