Can't link an image to URL

I have a page on my site with lots of images and each one links to an affiliate site. I want to add a new one. I have added the new image then opened the “link” pop up. I paste in the URL and instead of waiting for me to press “done” it instead reverts to the page I was editing and copies/pastes one of the other images onto the page.

I have tried logging off and returning.

Oddly, this has now fixed itself. I can only guess it was a temp glitch
