Certification Contact Inquiry

I took the Velo exam multiple times. During, I contacted the certification department due to not knowing what I was getting wrong. I wasn’t sure on the topics I needed to review.

Upon each failed attempt, I received an email. Eventually, I passed. However, I did not receive an email stating I passed. I also tried to revisit the page, but only a failed attempt appeared.

I sent another email to the provided email address asking if it would be possible to get a confirmation email showing I passed the exam portion of the certification process. I still have not received a response.

Are you still accepting emails pertaining to certifications at the following email address: certification@wix.com

If not, is there a way for me to request a confirmation email showing I passed the exam portion of the Velo certification?
