how to change payment language in wix pay api ?

I am not sure I agree it is not related to WIX Code. Payment API’s trigger the payment popup. I would expect that language functionality would be controlled by API similarly to promptLogin() API from WIX-users.
I didn’t find a way to change the language on the payment popup. This functionality is very important for the multilingual site.
Do you think WIX support team can help with this issue?
Additional question: In case I am using only paypal option, why should I need to collect user’s information on first payment popup screen. It adds a complexity to payment process (for marketing purposes I want to do it as simple as possible). Is it possible to configure wix payment process to skip this dialog.
