Changing a Contact's Subscription Status [Bulk]

Is there a way to change a a group of contact’s subscription status instead of doing it one at a time?

I had a third party company update my website and pull over my previous newsletter subscribers from my of WIX site, however in doing so, all of their status’s have been pulled over as “Never Subscribed”.
I know I can manually update this one at a time, however I have a lot of previous subscribers so this will take forever…
