Changing cart button's color on mouse over

Hi…
Is there a way to change cart button’s color on mouse over?
I have placed two cart icons one above the other and used show and hide but I am looking for a direct color change coding.
Thank you!

I am afraid that currently it’s not possible to work with the CartIcon color via code. You can only customize its design by following the instructions here .
