I’m having trouble with
The checkout form. It has the delivery to the person’s home but my website is for grocery delivery to their rental home on a small island with no addresses. It’s all goes by house name.

What I’m trying to do
My business is grocery delivery to rental homes while people are on vacation. I only need the option to for them to enter the house name.
What I’ve tried so far
I don’t see anything to try.

Here’s a screenshot of all I need it to say. Like I said there are no addresses on the island so this will get confusing for my customers.
Hi @Robbie_Bethel, from what I can see in the Wix help docs, the address block under Delivery details is one of the core checkout fields, so it can’t be deleted or swapped for a house-name field. The only toggle there is Address line 2. Your custom field “Where should we deliver your order to?” is the right idea though, it just sits under the standard address. Two things that work well for island deliveries: 1) Rename that custom field to something very explicit like “House name (required for delivery)” and make it required, so it is the one your team reads. 2) Set up your shipping rule for your delivery area (local delivery), so customers only pick the island, and tell them in the field description to type the house name in Address line 1 as well. Your team then always has it on the order. If you want the address block fully gone, that needs a custom checkout built with Velo, which is a bigger job. Happy to help if you go that route.
