Where can I change the link and text for “continue shopping” on the checkout page?

What are you trying to achieve:
In the header of the checkout page I can change between name and logo and I can adjust the layout in terms of size and position. What I can’t do here is to change the text next to the logo (my website is in German and the standard text is wrongly spelled) and I also can’t change the link behind the text for “continue shopping”. The link currently goes back to the home page instead of the product overview page
