For those using the member chat (allowing members to chat with each other), I found this chat feature super useful in rousing member engagement with each other.
May I ask if there is a way when a chatbox is open (refer to picture attached), the user can click on the name of the other member chatting with, and be redirected to that other member’s profile page? It should be a simple backend function since the memberId would be known and can be relied on to redirect the user to the profile page of that memberId.
Currenly, to view the other member, the user would need to go to Group or Member’s area, find that member who may have initiated that chat, to learn more about that member, which is not the most user friendly.
