Frist of all, sorry for my english, just try your best to understand the problem :).
I had to create a personalized checkout because the store is only going to deliver within a certain area(that’s really small(1.5km radius)) and wix wouldn’t stop people from other areas from buying(that was not the only problem using wix checkout).
By doing so, i encountered a problem. Once the client is finished with the purchase, the cart is still full, which is not ideal.
How can i clear the cart(the one that comes with wix) once the client clicks the button to finish the purchase? Is there a method, function or anything that i can call that does it for me?

This is very strange. Since checkout should finish a cart “CartCompleted” so im unsure how your site have achieved not finishing.
Could you provide your site URL and maybe some more details how you have designed this custom checkout to see if we can identify what is going on.

I’m probably trying to achive my goal in a dumb way. But the thing is, i’m doing a extension of a supermarket for a friend of mine so he can sell his products through the internet. I need some information from the client, which are: the customer adress, when it wants to receive the product(we’re going to deliver on the same day, at three different times), the payment method( the customer will pay when he receives ) and if the customer chooses the “cash” payment method, we need to know how much change .
To do that, i created a custom checkout(that’s not perfect, but since that every purchase is going to pass through supermarket’s cashier-desk, it doesn’t need to be perfect).

Just do the checkout as if you’re going to buy something and you’re gonna see what i mean(you don’t need to pass any credit card information or anything like that).
If i can’t clear the cart, i’m going back to wix checkout and we’re going to finish the purchase through whatsapp.
Ah i see what you mean yes. there is no API to update or empty a cart to my knowledge.
But be aware the checkout for wix have offline payment as an option. Though that of course will not gather as much information.
