Ok! I this client is an artist and has a very specific vision for her home page (she call’s splash page) this is outside my skills but I am creating the classic site for her. I am not sure how this would be executed hence the question mark in the heading! Tasks I cant do are in bold, this client will need a price quote as well as quick turn around!

Logo would be placed in top left corner. I have the logo image below as well.
**I would like an animated shine or golden light circulate the logo. Or, some other creative thinking on your part. **
The circles below the logo are then subtitles which are in my menu.
**I was hoping when the cursor touches the circles… they also have an animated feature. In my mind, I thought a similar spiral domino affect shine, like the logo OR movement of colour… around the circumference of the circles. (…if you have some other innovative ideas, …Let me know) **
