Code to pin element to the middle of the screen

Hi,
I need to pin an element to the centre of the screen. I thought I had solved this problem with a lightbox as this is the only element that Wix allows to be pinned to the centre. For various reasons, this solution is not practical though and I was hoping this could be done through code?
