Is there some possibility to use code for changing a word QUANTITY.
I need this because wix doesnot support Latvian language.

If this is a product page from WIX Stores this would not be possible. There is no code access so far to the WIX Stores using WIX Code. Please goto WIX Stores page in App Market and under reviews write your request there and that team will answer you when your language will be available or when it could be possible to change the Quantity label.
