code works in preview mode but not in live mode.

Hello!
this is regarding the 2 user input field check with database question i posted not too long ago.
so everything works in the preview mode but after i published the website i am unable to get the same results as the preview mode. even tho i moved all my items in the database from sandbox to live box… help!!
