The following links show the collapse bringing up the footer and the other one does not.

I’ve stripped it down to only the footer, changed the page settings to have no footer or header, made sure all strips are touching and the footer touching up to the last piece of collapse strip… I’ve also had this happen on another site.
Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong, please? Also, is there any way I can bring the Correct page that works into the current site? Last I checked, that was not possible. Any ideas on how to do that if I need to take that route?
