Connect item from a Dropdown list to a page

Hey Guys!

I need your help please. Basically, I am trying to create a page “find the closest studio to you” so I created a dropdown list “Choose the location”

When you click to pick a location you have got several options available like this:

What I need is when you click on one of the following locations it takes you to the relevant page. So if you clicked Egham High Street for instance it takes you to a page explaining about that location. Could you please explain how to connect the options that are available to the webpage on a site? I have zero knowledge about coding.
