Connect SMS service to corvid

I have to connect a simple form to send an SMS to the inserted phone number.
The form contains the following entries:
-Message
-Phone number

The supplier gives me this HTTP link: http://www.lesmspro.com/http.php?email=&pass=& number =&message=

(I have the email and the pass)

Can someone help me make it work.

thanks Angelina, but in the post they talk about other SMS solutions, I have to work with this specific HTTP link
