Connect WIX form to a code window

Hi!
I have a code window where there are 3 questions and after clicking at the options, you get your score posted.
The thing is that I got a WIX Form that I would like to use to send myself the answers to the other questions.
How can I put the score of the code to the form?
Is it possible? I don’t know how because the FORM and the CODE WINDOW are 2 different entities.

If anyone has a clue, I would be really greatful!

What do you mean you have a “code window”? Do you mean that you have an iFrame element with code in it?

Can you post screenshots of your site so we can see what you have? Right now it is difficult to guess what you are trying to achieve based on the brief details you provided.

I have WIX in French sorry. I put my WIX in English and the item is called “Embed Code HTML”;

At the end the code posts a number and I want it to put it in this text box of a WIX Formula.
