I have an html element I had someone make for me but am realizing that it doesn’t save entries (see the colored cells and text fields in screenshot).
I think I need to convert this into a wix code form so it can store the entries into a dataset - can anyone offer some direction?

It is not clear from your description what you mean.
What is your HTML component supposed to do? Was it planned to save the data somewhere?
What do the colors and texts mean in the context of the problem?

Hi Ofer!
The idea of the HTML element is a scorecard where for each line I’d click a cell in columns 2-5 (typing notes in column 6) and that would face the client when they visit the page it’s on.
The problem is my intent to save those entries were never coded into the HTML, if it’s even possible.
That’s why I’m looking to port this html element into wix code if that’ll achieve the desired functionality.
