The answer splits two ways and your post came through as the blank template, so the detail did not survive.
If you are trying to report someone copying your content, Wix routes that through an automated DMCA Copyright Complaint Form, which is the fastest route they offer:
Wix does not publish a named copyright agent contact on that page. The form is the designated mechanism, so there is no individual to email.
If instead you mean a copyright agent page on your own site, the designated-agent notice some sites publish because they host user-submitted content, then I know of no Wix setting for it. There is nothing to switch on in the dashboard and no built-in page template. That is a legal step rather than a platform one, so it is worth putting to a lawyer what your site actually needs rather than copying someone else’s notice.
Which of the two is it? If it is the second, say what kind of user content your site accepts and the answer gets a lot more specific.
