How can I add dropdown filter on the page that works with each other to filter CMS content?

What are you trying to achieve:
I have a CMS collection of schools and I added Country, State, City and Neighborhood collections as reference inside the school CMS.
I wanna make sure that if I filter the State only the cities within that State shows on dropdown and also for the Neighborhood.
Otherwise it allows user to apply random filters and make zero results.
