"Create, Read, Update, and Delete" WIX database

Hello everyone, can someone introduce or show me a sample code of wix that can “Create, Read, Update, and Delete” on the database?
I want to learn the basic code of it, the import and export code to call the database before we start coding inside the “_events”.
