Im trying, to the best of my ability, to create a Purchase Order for one of my website pages. Id like my distributors for my scissor line to be able to easily enter Item Name and a few other fields including QTY and TOTAL along with their contact info, and submit that as an emailed attachment.

Bradley, your question is a bit too generic. First of all: are you using plain Wix Code or a Wix Code App (like Wix Stores)? Secondly, this forum works best if you try first and, if you run into a problem having tried almost everything, using this as a last resort, not as first aid. Show us a small code snippet where the problem is (not pages and pages) and we will help. But, to ease your mind: there is no reason why this should not be possible, Wix limitations implied.
