Creating a quiz

Hi I am creating a website for a class project and have been struggling with a certain element – I am trying to create a buzzfeed type quiz in which respondents will select answers to three separate questions (each with two possible answers) and based on their combination of answers be directed to a page with an infographic of information. I am having trouble setting up the quiz so that multiple selections can redirect to a different page –

For example:
Q1: Identify your role - Employee/Manager
Q2: Identify place - Team/Organization
Q3: Identify group dynamic - Receptive/Resistant

Essentially I am hoping to create a separate page for each combination of responses (ex: employee, team, receptive) that the respondent will be redirected to after completion of the quiz

Best way to create such a quiz will be to make it interactive in a way that it provides a personal experience to the quiz-taker.
