Is it possible to include an infinite horizontal scroll like the one seen on https://dribbble.com/ on a Wix website? If so, how can this be done, preferably connecting it to the Wix CMS?

What are you trying to achieve:
I would like to display a gallery of images on my Wix website that can be scrolled through horizontally without end, similar to how projects are displayed on Dribbble’s homepage. The images would be pulled from the media library and managed through the Wix CMS.
What have you already tried:
I searched the Wix forum and knowledge base but did not find any tutorials or discussions around implementing an infinite scroll gallery. I also checked if there were any relevant Gallery widgets or template elements but did not see anything with this specific functionality.
Additional information:
It would be ideal if the scrolling could be done smoothly on both desktop and mobile browsers. Being able to filter or search the images would also be a nice bonus but is not essential. Any suggestions or steps to create this would be greatly appreciated.
