CSV collection post to another site

Greetings:

Is there a way to take one of the collections I created in Content Manager and post that data to another site? I know that there is no export data via FTP functionality, but can this be achieved using APIs. I want the data in CSV format. Thanks

This should be possible with the following guide:

There are specific settings you can modify inside of the Content Manager that change what the CSV export looks like, but this should be enough to get you started.
