Please give us a way to define animation duration, delay and direction attributes for animation-OUTs and INs within the raw code syntax.
Currently, we can control some INGOING animation attributes via the GUI and even when code is animating it alone, but definitely have no control whatsoever over outgoing animations.

Please keep in mind that GUI method is inherently not going to be enough, considering EVERY type of element can be animated with code, including those that do not have a native GUI ability for animations, such as strips or certain apps.
