Custom Booking form that already exists

I’m having trouble with
I need to upload a form for Wix bookings. I don’t need to create one, we already have one, I just want the form we have to be sent instead of creating a whole new form.

What I’m trying to do
I don’t see any option other than creating a form. we already HAVE one!

Can you share a little more? A few screenshots may help with understanding what’s up.

Is the form you’ve created via Bookings, or a form that you created in the Forms area of the dashboard?
