We have custom email fully setup and working, but it doesn’t work when sending replies to customers with their orders. That email is still being sent by {uuid}@crm.wix.com. There is no other config than a loop of “get a business email” under “Sender identity” (Settings / Inbox settings / Email), which just goes to the readme, which tells me to do all of the things I’ve already done to enable the address, but nothing ever enables it for just these Email. (Order confirmations, site notifications, etc., all work with the custom email address.)

I already voted, I’m having the same issue in the configuration process.
To be honest, probably it will take a while to get this done. If I had known this information before, I would not have bought the domain within Wix, unfortunately, It is like misleading advertising, because at the time of acquiring the service they say that you can connect your email with another email provider (You can partially) but clients Will received an email from @crm.wix.com and forwarded to your email, there’s no privacy .
