I am not sure whether a request about this has been posted already but this needs to be resolved asap!
We all know how important branding is for a business and I cannot believe Wix does not allow you to customise the design of transactional emails. Even removing the business name under the bad quality logo picture that is currently part of the design would be helpful. My brand logo has the name on it so it looks bad having the bad quality logo picture on top of the name.
I am looking for something very simple, just having a good quality logo picture on top of the information and it does not even let me do that. It would be great customising fonts and colours too to match the brand, very important details that make a difference.
I do not want to use a third party provider for transactional emails but I am using one at the moment as I would never send the emails wix is offering. They look unprofessional and do not match the brand or website at all.
Please let us customise the design of transactional emails, it is a simple feature and a game changer. #featurerequest #stores
