So, I LOVE price quotes (and invoices), but I’ve always hated how small the text is in the Notes and Legal section… and now, recently, I’ve noticed the text in those sections has BECOME EVEN TINIER! Lol, first… WHY? It was already difficult for my clients to read before and now it’s even smaller. Also, it makes it look like I’m trying to “hide something” from my client. Like I’m hoping they won’t read the fine print… I WANT THEM TO READ THE FINE PRINT. So, they don’t accuse me of being dishonest and to avoid misunderstandings in future. That is in fact, to me, the entire point of having a Price Quote or “Contract Proposal”. I lay out the terms in a clear, concise, readable format and then clients click that handy “Accept Now” button, so I know we are both on the same page and in agreement on what the terms are of our relationship before they give me their money.

But I’m only assuming “Customizing the Design of your Price Quotes” will solve this problem. So, I made this post because I wanted to be clear what about the design I’m hoping to customize. Honestly, if we can’t receive full design customization for Price Quotes right away… I would totally be cool with that if they would just MAKE THE TEXT LARGER for 1) The notes section (most importantly) and also, 2) The legal section.
