Hi, I have an issue with my connection to dataset.
The dropdowns are not loading. Cannot submit.

What do you mean by not loading? You don’t see the options?
When I open the page, the dropdowns work for me:
Blah… My apologies…patience isn’t my strong suit. It looks different on my screen though. Which browser are you using? I haven’t tested it on the web fully yet.
I’ll pass this to the engineering team to take a look.
