Need help filtering database and displaying in table format, below is info.

Database: dataset1
Table: table1
Checklists section 1: Active Ingredient (10) items; pull from dataset1 column name updatedAI
Checklists section 2: Form (5) items; pulls from dataset1 column name SUB CLASS
Dropdown section vendor; pulls from dataset 1 column name Vendor
Would like for the table to filter results if user wants to check only 1 item of checklist section 1; then filter results according to what is checked in checklists 2 section. If user wants to only use vendor to find product from dropdown menu. Would like for table to return all products associated with this vendor
