Hi everyone,
How can I download the images directly from the database? (see screenshot)

I think the download is supposed to work. This may be an issue - I would actually open a support ticket on this. I’ve downloaded before I believe.

I opened a ticket also, back and forward a few times, they’re looking into it for me. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

When you click on ‘download’ your image that opens will have a URL such as this:

https://static.wixstatic.com/media/ 33aa21_325bfe34e5e54189957d4685c7f40509~mv2_d_2048_1427_s_2.jpg /v1/fill/w_800,h_500,al_c,q_85/33aa21_bd6db71f55f94520bafd809fd6ad4725~mv2.webp

If you want to download the image in a jpg or png format (whatever it is) then you need to remove everything after .jpg or .png in the URL which will leave you with something like this:

https://static.wixstatic.com/media/33aa21_325bfe34e5e54189957d4685c7f40509~mv2_d_2048_1427_s_2.jpg

If you want someone to download it directly from your website then it will require corvid.

Thanks, but it’s not working that way, it’s why I asked. Maybe isolated incident for some reason, support are now working on it.

how can I download all the images together? is there a tool can download it in one click? because I have thousand of images. thank you in advance.
