Can you specify the name of the page and elaborate on what is not working ?
The site is theartisanbazaar.ca the page is " Spring Show Application." When the form is being accessed and filled out on a mobile device and desktop comuter it SEEMS to be working perfectly. The fields all work, the submit button works and the user gets the “Thank You” page that confirms the success submission of the form. When I go into the database collection called “Spring Show Application” none of the submitted information is there. This issue is NOT happening when the form is being filled out and submitted from a desk top computer in the PREVIEW mode.
The same thing is happening on my other site too, thejewelleryandaccessoriesshow.ca on the “Vendor Application” page.

When working in preview mode, the sandboxed collections are used.
However when you publish and access your actual live site, you use your live collection.

This is not the issue.
My database DOES NOT WORK on my mobile device.
I have deleted the page and redesigned it from scratch but it still doesn’t function. I eventually contacted support but they just say send screen shots.
There must be something else.
I have the same problem: My Collection updates fine from the Computer published version, but not fron de mobile device. Did you solve the issue?
