I’ve managed to set up a table that is connected to a dataset, however I’ve now got 3 more databases that I’ve created and when I try to link them to new tables the only option under ‘Connect to Data’ is the original dataset I created. I can’t remember if I did something different to …

Perhaps try adding a new dataset by clicking the add button in wix code. at the top of the menu is the add database…here you should be able to add a a new dataset.
