I had a look at the link for creating “sort” and I do not have a clue where to begin.
I am a premium paid customer. I have created my Business plan and decided to register with Wix as they provide the necessary tools that needed to create and design the structure for my business website. I have spent months and months working long hours contacting retailers, filling forms and writing letters to them to join their affiliate programmes. When I finally received conformation from the retailers and then studied their individual platforms, I decided to design my website using WIX store.
After all the hard work I published my website on September, 2017 My website is mainly an Affiliate website. I imported all the products to the STORE via a CSV file.
On the 20th November, 2017 Wix decided to remove the CSV option from the store.
I cannot explain to you in words how devastated I was when I noticed this option was no more available.
On their notice they have mentioned that “We hope to have the option back on soon” I was assuming that “Soon” means in a week, but until now no updates… I have sent message after message to customer Service team, so far I have had no concrete news.
I managed to add products manually to the store, it is physically and mentally draining when I have to continuously add thousands of products.
So now I decided to look into WIX Code. I have spent weeks having sleepless nights and long days trying to read and understand Wix Code.
I have no knowledge of coding.
But after watching videos again and again I managed to
- I created a collection, import all my products to the collection via CSV,
- Add a gallery to a page (page name – DRESSES, under READY TO WEAR)
- Connected the dataset to my collection
- Connected the Gallery to dataset
- I managed to create categories as well (for example, dresses, blouses)
But I am unable to add a “Sort” option above the Gallery.
All I need is to add “Price Low | High” as shown on the image.
I really like to add Sort button so my customers would be able to click on to sort the list.

As a premium customer I should have never gone through the pain I have gone through. There is No one to ask help. All the work I have done creati
ng my website is wasted as I am not able to import CSV files. Now I have to redesign the whole website p
age by page.
This is absolutely draining my health. I am desperate to get a positive answer which surely is the least I can expect as I am a premium customer. All I need is to someone to help me to add a code (or give me clear step by step method ) to show the PRICE Low | High option as shown on the image.
