Developer Tools Can't Load? (Need Assistance)

Hello,

Has anyone else logged into their editor and went to turn the Developer tools on and an error message popped up that said Developer Tools Can’t Load?

Attached is a screenshot of the error and I followed the steps to try and fix it and I got nothing . . .

If anyone knows, please fill me in. It is important that I get these developer tools back up and running.
