Question:
Is there a way to deactivate the hover status for buttons?
I use a button as a toggle. It switches between two colors. And i dont want that it changes on mouse over/hover.
Help appreciated.
Thanks

What are you trying to achieve:
Mouse over button doesnt change it
What have you already tried:
Its not possible in designer (as far as i could find) and code seams to be ignored.
Not possible to disable, but you can match the designs. In the Inspector panel, when designing the Hover state, you have the option to match the regular design
Thanks for your reply!
But in Studio i cant see the option you show.
And the problem is:
with a toggle i have two main states. on and off. Both have different colors, so i can not just take the color from one of the states to “hide” the hover state.
Maybe i can find an other way.
In Studio, there’s 2 button types - “Basic Buttons” and “Styled Buttons”.
Seems you’re using Basic and my screenshot showed Styled
Are you able to share more about what you’re trying to achieve?
i made a custom dynamic filter for my cms system. i can chose category in a dropdown to filter my products by category. depending on the category i load different tags (my toggle buttons) to filter the coosen category even more by category related tags.
if you click a tag (button) it switches color, so it indicates that it is selected. and when you click again it switches color back to previous state. so the hover is not very helpful here, because you cant see the switch as long as your mouse is hovering.
i hope that make sense to you.
