Display Lightbox When The User Creates Cart

Hi,
I want to display the users a lightbox when they start a new order, I found the onCartCreated() function in the wix-stores backend API, but from the backend, I can’t call wix-window functions…
Is there an option to run a function/display a lightbox when the user creates a cart from the frontend?
Or maybe a function that checks on the backend if when a user adds an item it’s a new cart?
