Document file upload error in page published mode

Hello,
I had created a collection called Registration with only 4 fields. Name, Email, Message and Attachment also in the form.

I when I am in a preview mode, I can post and upload the file without error but when I publish the page, I generate error and can not save post in the Data-set.

What could be the problem?

Check your collection’s permissions, make sure visitors can submit data to the collection.
