So I have this website: b2be-humaning.pt and you will notice that when you are on the far bottom of the page and you change to another page, the other page will do a scroll to the first anchor. My question Is: Is there anyway to avoid this? I don’t have enough corvid experience to deal with It.
Thanks In advance for the help!
No, there is no such possibility. This is a feature of the Wix editor. It just works like that. There’s nothing wrong with that!
Why you want to avoid this action ?
The client doesn’t like It an I don’t know a way around It
You can replace the menu with buttons, and add a link to the desired page by specifying the full address https://…
Then the page will load from scratch when you click through. This can still be done via code, via Wix Location
I’m not sure if it is possible, but why not to try building an own anchor-menu?
Also using …
onViewportEnter( )
onViewportLeave( )
On an early stage of the site I had a full movement flow going with the use of
onViewportEnter( )
onViewportLeave( )
and anchors to make the effect of a controlled website movement, sadly It’s extremely buggy…
