Duplicate site including collections

When I duplicated a site the collections were not duplicated. Is it using the collections of the duplicated site?
How I can duplicate the collections as well?

Hello Shimon,

An easy way to copy your old sites collections to your new sites collection is to Export it from your old site and Import it to your new site.

Thanks, but it doesn’t help because the Database menu is not available in the new site. Therefore, I can’t add a collection and manage with export & Import.
I also noted that the duplicated site is using the collections of the original site.
