Dynamic calendar

Hi everyone

I have a difficult and interesting thing that needs to be done and i can’t find anything online that shows this exact thing.

I have a database with barbershops. What I want is basically a dynamic calendar for each barbershop. So the owner of each database item/barbershop would have to be able to edit the calendar and available times.

The visitor would have to be able to make an appointment on the calendar of that dynamic page. And after the submition of the appointment, the calendar would have to be updated with the available spots.

I heard things that this would be possible with the bookings api, but i can’t figure it out.

I would love an answer, because i’ve been stuck on this for over two weeks.

I really appreciate your answer. Wix bookings are almost what I want. Wix bookings can not be used per collection item and per dynamic page. My database/collection items need to each have their own specific calendar/scheduler. I can’t find a way to get this done.

I already looked at the wix marketplace, but i personally think that’s a bit overprised. (for me)

I hope you can help me just a little bit further.

Hi, did you ever find a solution for this? I would like to do the same thing with the calendar but on a different project. Ideally i would just like to display the a google calendar per dynamic page. I don’t need any bookings made through it. Any help would be massively appreciated!

2 years later, and still i’m not sure this is possible / been answered…

I simply need to popukate a calendar with the availablity slots of a service - is there such athing? It seems not. Of all the widgets and gizmos in Wix, there is no plain old calendar to populate, only datepickers/timepickers… Just want a calendar on the screen that looks and operates like the built-in bookings calendar.
