I am creating this free website where someone can list their services and a user (without signing in) can contact a one of the listings directly. Say I am a dentist and post an add there and anyone could click a contact button and I would receive a message or an alert that the user is interested.
Basically either customize a contact form to retrieve send to email from a database or get a way to send an alert to that user specifically.
Is this possible? Through code or some other way
