When you create a coupon code, are you able to see a list of which customers used that specific code?
I have a client who wants to create an affiliate program, and is insisting on using custom discount codes within the eCom app. So she’ll create unique 15% off codes for each individual affiliate to be able to share with their community, and at the end of each month she wants to be able to see how many purchases were made with each code, so she can tally them up and figure out how much commission she owes to each affiliate.
Yes, I know we’d see it in the order summary. However, I’m looking (hoping) for more of a list of customer names who have used a specific coupon code.
For example, if we have a coupon code AFFILIATE14, my client would like to be able to see a list of all the customers who have used that specific code.
That would make it much easier to tally the affiliate commission each month.
The link you provided doesn’t tell me if this feature is available or not. And I’ve done some searching as well and can’t seem to find anything - which leads me to believe it is likely not an option.
