Question:
He everyone. I am relatively new to Wix Studio. My site is almost finshed and am starting to send out some emails. I have just realized that there is a limit as to how many I can send a month. It’s a rather low limit, actually, if I may say… I was not expecting this. I thought this was the whole point of getting the Google Business email, to use as the method of sending out email notifications to contacts and members. Now I need to pay ANOTHER $61.25/ month for emails? That’s more than I am paying for the plan itself! Am I missing something?

What you’re really paying for are all the included features, such as the ability to design your email campaigns, drag-and-drop editing, automations, analytics, and more. These are tools that would otherwise require you to build from scratch or piece together using third-party integrations with the help of a developer, which is going to cost you a whole lot more upfront.

Google business email is simply to have a custom email address when you email people.

You can send email directly from your business gmail or you can use any app to send out marketing email blasts.

You don’t have to use the Wix marketing app.

You can export your Wix contacts and upload them to any external app.

Brevo seems to be a popular one these days because they have generous free sending limits. They also have monthly options and prepaid options.

Thanks … Yes I was hoping that I could export a filtered list and use Gmail Business Mail.
I suppose once I get the site launched that the triggered emails would stay under 200/month.
