Plus backend jws that registers a member and sends him an email with a verification link
Plus triggered email
Everything worked well for many days. But at the last 15-20 hours the messages stopped sending.
Please help.
Hi @ab4583325 , I’ve been having issues with approvalToken not working where, whenever a new user signs up and receives a confirmation email with verification link, The Token in the link was always EMPTY. Me and my team have worked for days and nights over the past month to get it working even after following EVERY ARTICLE IN THE FORUM related to this issue but no luck. We ended up raising a support ticket for the same and are awaiting for the team to resolve this at the earliest as our live is bought just because of this bug. I addition to that, the Verification Email stopped working like you mentioned since yesterday and we are also in the same boat. Now, the user doesn’t even get a confirmation email AT THIS POINT IN TIME.
I hope WIX / Forum expert can shed some light and help all of us. This is a major issue that affects LIVE/ PRODUCTION SITES which hinders business.
This issues will be happening due to some updating procedures made by Wix, i think. Perhaps in few hours or days, everything works fine as it already did before.
But to contact the Wix-Support is the best way in such cases.
@russian-dima thank you for the response. Yes we have contacted Wix support on 1st off this month and are awaiting their response. So does that mean every time Wix does an Update on THIS MODULE, our LIVE sites take a hit?

I found that the problem is actually NOT the emailUser, but in triggered emails.
Some old previously created emails do not work and new created ones do not work either.
Please help as soon as possible. We receive negative feedback from users who are trying to register on the site.
Interesting. Can you kindly share your code, I’ll try to replicate the same on our site to check if it works for us. I’d really appreciate it. We’ve been stuck since a month.
Yes, i can confirm. I am not able to get the eMail of a user.
Does the corvid team need to be notified? Or contact customer care?
