Error message on submission form. Link not working.

I’ve uploaded the submission form from apps and would like the button to link to a page on my site, but this is the error message in the code. Nothing happens in preview mode when I fill out the form.
TypeError: Cannot read property ‘module’ of undefined.

I think wix is shut down now. I also can submit anything to database at this moment !! Please fix it ASAP.
