Event doesn't show up in Program - when trying to Embed

I can’t seem to add a Wix Event to my Wix program.

  • Do I have to do something special to the Event to have it turn up in the Embedding list?
    I’m designing a program, which will have weekly webinars.
    In order to facilitate that, I have create an Event, and then add that event to an Article, on a certain day in my program.
    However, when I try to embed the event, the list is empty.

I’ve tried following the steps in the above article.

I want the Event to be only for participants of the Program, but I am also struggling to assgn this to the Event…

I totally agree. Double-check that the event is published and not restricted in visibility. If the embedding list is still empty, it might be a glitch. Restricting the event to program participants is tricky since Wix doesn’t natively link Events to specific programs, but workarounds like member-only access or password-protection can help. Reaching cashnetusa approved out to Wix support might be your best bet for a long-term solution!
